1. BOMA member (from any local) – $140.00
Pricing for members of any BOMA local in Florida. Applicable for property managers as well as associate/vendor members. Registration includes the Thursday evening reception, Friday breakfast and lunch as well as all educational sessions.
2. Non-Member – $250.00
For companies that are not members of any BOMA local in the state of Florida. Registration includes the Thursday evening reception, Friday breakfast and lunch as well as all educational sessions.

Agenda

Thursday, October 1st: 6:00-7:00 pm - Welcome Reception/Registration open
Plan to arrive by 5 pm to check in and join us for the reception.
Friday, October 2nd: 8:00-2:00 pm - Breakfast, Exhibits, General Sessions, Lunch
The meeting concludes after lunch; departure is at 2 pm.

Registration closes Friday, September 4th, 2026.

After this date, no refunds will be given due to food & beverage guarantees already submitted.

Substitutions may be made until 12 pm, Friday, September 25th.

No walk-ins, onsite or late registrations will be permitted. All guests must be registered.

Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables serves as our host hotel for the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Room rates are $249 night, plus a $25.00 destination fee per night.
Valet parking of $46/day.
